En 2025, la totalit\u00e9 des d\u00e9penses du CIRC s\u2019\u00e9levaient \u00e0 51,9 millions d\u2019euros, dont 50,8\u00a0% financ\u00e9es par le budget ordinaire, 41,3\u00a0% financ\u00e9es par des contributions volontaires, et les 7,9\u00a0% restants financ\u00e9es par d\u2019autres fonds.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les donateurs actuels proviennent de divers secteurs, notamment d\u2019instances gouvernementales, d\u2019organisations internationales, d\u2019organisations non gouvernementales, de fondations et d\u2019organisations caritatives. Nos principaux donateurs sont les\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nih.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instituts nationaux de la sant\u00e9 des Etats-Unis<\/a>, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institut national du Cancer<\/a> (INCa), le <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.gov.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019environnement du Nig\u00e9ria<\/a>, la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Commission europ\u00e9enne<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">World Cancer Research Fund International<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancerresearchuk.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cancer Research UK<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goodventures.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Good Ventures<\/a>,  la fondation <a href=\"https:\/\/netrf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation<\/a>, l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhi.no\/en\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Institut norv\u00e9gien de sant\u00e9 publique<\/a> et l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/anrs.fr\/en\/homepage\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Agence nationale fran\u00e7aise de recherches sur le sida et les h\u00e9patites virales<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les contributions potentielles au CIRC sont soumises \u00e0 nos processus internes d\u2032autorisation et d&#8217;approbation, y compris l\u2032approbation pr\u00e9alable du Conseil de Direction pour les contributions d\u2032un budget annuel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500 000 euros.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il sera aussi proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification pr\u00e9alable et \u00e0 l\u2032\u00e9valuation des risques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les contributions potentielles d&#8217;acteurs non \u00e9tatiques, \u00e0 savoir les organisations non gouvernementales, les entit\u00e9s du secteur priv\u00e9, les fondations philanthropiques et les \u00e9tablissements universitaires.
