Cela comprend les \u00e9tats financiers annuels qui sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en pleine conformit\u00e9 avec les normes comptables internationales du secteur public (IPSAS) et v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s par des v\u00e9rificateurs externes ind\u00e9pendants.
