This summary article presents the conclusions of <em>IARC Monographs<\/em> Meeting 127. Because of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the meeting was held remotely.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Working Group evaluated <em>ortho<\/em>-anisidine (and <em>ortho<\/em>-anisidine hydrochloride),<em> ortho<\/em>-nitroanisole, aniline (and aniline hydrochloride), and cupferron.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aniline, <em>ortho<\/em>-nitroanisole, and <em>ortho<\/em>-anisidine were previously evaluated by the Working Group in 1987, 1996, and 1999, respectively.
